How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days and standard shipping is 3-6 business days.  

If you are ordering multiple items then they will all ship together in one package unless otherwise communicated to you.

While we aim to meet our shipping estimates, we cannot control any unforeseen delays with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding any public holidays.

Will I receive tracking details? 

 Yes! Upon creation of shipping label you will receive the tracking information via email.

What if my product is damaged upon arrival?

 While we pride ourselves in hand crafting high quality products and damage safe packaging we understand there are things out of our control.  If the item you received arrives damaged, simply send us an email along with a picture of the damaged item and we will provide you with your options.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
